Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. In addition, we may use third-party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor, and analyze this data.

Information Automatically Collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage data, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical data. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

2. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to collect information when you interact with our Services. These online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

We also allow third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including to help manage and display advertisements, tailor advertisements to your interests, or send abandoned shopping cart reminders (depending on your communication preferences). These third parties and service providers use their technology to provide advertisements about products and services tailored to your interests, which may appear either on our Services or on other websites.

Specific details about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies are set out in our Cookie Notice.

3. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

Our Services offer the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or X logins). When you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but often includes your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes described in this privacy notice or otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend reviewing their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use, and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

4. HOW DO WE MANAGE YOUR INFORMATION?

We handle your personal data for various reasons, based on your interactions with our Services, including to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, ensure security and fraud prevention, and comply with legal requirements. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

5. IS YOUR DATA TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our servers are located in the European Economic Area (EEA). If you are accessing our Services from outside the EEA, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by third parties with whom we share your personal information (see “WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?” above), in the EEA and other countries. We will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and applicable law. However, if you are a resident outside the EEA, please be aware that the data protection laws in your country can differ.

6. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as for tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information is stored in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.

Withdrawing your consent: If we rely on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” below.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, where applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.

At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

9. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
